These planning fees allow us to dedicate all the time necessary to research, plan, book, quote, manage payment plans, and advise our clients.
All service planning fees are non-refundable and due after your initial free consultation.
Service List
Destination Weddings
$300
From start to finish we help you find your resort, price and provide quotes for your rooms, prepare and maintain your room block contract, put you in contact with the on-site wedding team, handle all guest bookings, handle all transfers, maintain rooming lists, and payment plans. We will advise you every step of the way!
In Destination Hosting
$400/per day + Accomodation
Why do all of the hard work yourself? In destination hosting can be arranged for any group that wants the help of a travel advisor at their wedding or group event. This is completely customizable so ask for more details!!
Pre-built Tours
$100 for 1-2 people
This option is for researching and providing quotes for fully led tours by locals or a local tour company specific to the destination of choice. These are pre-built packages by tour operators that already have a set price, but that we can usually customize or add on to your needs! You will get 3 - 5 tour options to review
Ocean & River Cruises
$100 per cabin
Which option is best for you? Finding the perfect itinerary, ship, and cabin style can be tedious so let us weed out the best options and manage your booking from start to finish! Includes pre-post hotel bookings and flights if necessary.
Ticketing Fees
$25/per person
This covers researching, quoting, booking and monitoring flights. This fee is only charged for any flight not booked as a "package". A package is when you book your hotel+flight at the same exact time. Booking flights outside of a package can be very time consuming and airlines do not pay agents any commissions on stand-alone flights.
Social Groups
$150
Family reunions, bachelorette/bachelor, friends or couples getaways. If you have a group of 10 or more people to coordinate this is a great option! We can help you choose a resort or tour that is perfect for your group, get everyone booked and coordinated, and handle payment plans!
Honeymoons, Engagement, & Anniversary Trips
$75
Let us find that PERFECT destination! Research, delivery of quotes, reservation management, excursion and activities bookings, concierge requests, & payment plan management.
Bespoke Trips
$200 for up to 4 people
For trips 10 days or less, the Bespoke Trip option is for those who need a completely crafted from scratch and tailored to your specific request type of trip. These trips take lots of time, research and customization! This will include 3-5 hotel options, airfare bookings, transportation and when applicable, rental cars, trains, guides, activities bookings, and your personalized itinerary.
Hotel Only Bookings
$50
For the minimalist who just needs great reccomendations and hotel bookings. We will provide 3-5 options, and manage the booking for you.
